With enthusiasm, we celebrated Booking.com's Traveller Review Awards 2025 at our hotels, motivated to keep on improving
We renewed our Booking.com awards for another year. We are proud to announce that 11 of our hotels have been awarded the Traveller Review Awards 2025 from the review platform. This achievement is possible thanks to the valuable comments and experiences of the guests who stayed with us during the year.
Topping our ranking, the DWO Nopal and DWO Ábaster hotels share the first place with an outstanding score of 8.9 out of 10. Both boutique hotels, located in Puerto de la Cruz and Soria, respectively, stand out for their service and comfort. The next best hotel is DWO Yuste Alcalá, located in Madrid, which is among the most outstanding urban options with a score of 8.8.
Next is the DWO Valencia hotel, with a score of 8.7. It is closely followed by Bakour Lanzarote Splash, the first of the Bakour Hotels brand in the Canary Islands, and DWO Colours Alcalá, in Madrid, both scoring 8.5.
Our next award-winning hotel is in the Canary Islands: Bakour Fuerteventura La Pared, which joined our chain last season, also gets an excellent score of 8.3.
With a rating of 8.2, the Checkin Madrid Móstoles hotel stands out for its continuous improvement. Closing our list are the hotels on the Barcelona Coast: Checkin Catalonia, DWO Sirius and DWO Les Palmeres, All with a solid score of 8 out of 10.
These awards are a reflection of the tireless work of our team and all the guests who share their experiences with us. Thanks to them, we continue to improve every day.
